Below are the charges for the services we offer. We also provide free quotes for larger jobs. All work has a minimum fee of 1 hour and is charge in 30 minute increments there after. At this time we do not offer emergency call outs.

All prices are plus VAT
Prices are for labour only, Excluding any Materials.
Any materials provided with be charged with a 10% mark up.
parking charges and Congestion charges will be charged where applicable.
Full payment is to be made on completion, Unless agreed differently.
All charges are unit costs per tradesman additional tradesmen will be charged for.
out of hours times are between the hours of 18:00 - 08:00.
We charge a minimum of 1 hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments excluding labourers.
Hourly rate will be charged for all work carried out including collection of non stocked materials.
