AFTERCARE
1. All hour rates are INCLUDING VAT
2. Prices are for labour only, Excluding any Materials.
3. Any materials provided will be charged with a 10% mark up.
4. Parking charges and Congestion charges will be charged where applicable.
5. Full payment is to be made on completion, unless agreed differently.
6. All charges are unit costs per tradesman additional tradesmen will be charged for.
out of hours times are between the hours of 17:00 - 08:00.
7. We charge a minimum of 1 hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments excluding cleaners and labourers.
8. Hourly rates will be charged for all work carried out including collection of non stocked materials.
9. Estimates are not a fixed price and are subject to change.
